Founded by Mr Frank Paper in 1968, the company is a leading manufacturer of Dual Laminate and FRP process equipments such as tanks, silos, ducting systems, towers, scrubbers, non-conductive scaffolding, reactors, chimneys, Dual Laminate and FRP (Fiber Reinforced Plastic) piping, tank liners and other custom designed products and systems.

historique-assembly-Bay.jpgThe initial activities of the company were mainly thermoplastic fabrication. Later it introduced FRP (composites), then standard Dual Laminates (PVC/FRP) and finally high-end Dual Laminates (fluoropolymer and olefins)

The 50,000 square foot facility is located just outside of Montreal. The plant is equipped with high-powered equipment ranging from a 32ft high overhead crane covering the entire assembly department for manipulation of large diameter vessels to the very latest in thermoplastic welding equipments to provide the best welding technology and quality.

The R&D facility in Victoria, British Columbia develops and improves fabrication techniques to better address and solve corrosion problems. Significant technological advancement has been made in the embedding process of Dual Laminate piping systems.
